Privacy declaration of ARBOvision GmbH
Any personal data will only be collected, processed and used in accordance with the regulations of the German Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG). Please note that ARBOvision’s websites may contain links to websites of other providers, which are not bound to this privacy declaration.
Collection and processing of personal data As a rule, we do not need any personal information of users visiting our websites. For statistical purposes and security reasons, only the IP-address currently being used by your personal computer, the date and time of the visit, the type of browser, your personal computer’s system software and the pages viewed by you will be collected and recorded. Any personal identification of you is excluded. We need other personal information, e.g. name, address, phone number or e-mail address, only if you contact us directly or if you wish to register for a newsletter or a closed user group.
The use of cookies is not mandatory for ARBOvision GmbH. The user may therefore adjust his internet browser in order to reject cookies.
Use and share of personal data and earmarking All information, i.e. automatically retrieved data and those submitted by you, will be treated confidential by us and will not be shared with third parties. We use your personal data exclusively in order to answer your requests, to provide the services demanded by you or for statistical and in-house purposes. The staff of ARBOvision GmbH is committed to respect data secrecy.
Security ARBOvision GmbH uses appropriate technical and organisational security measures in order to protect your information from accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or from unauthorized use. The security measures are being constantly improved according to the state of the art.
Right of access Upon request, you will be informed in writing about the personal information ARBOvision GmbH holds about you, according to applicable laws. If – despite our efforts to retain accurate and up-to-date information - the data stored are inaccurate, we will correct them upon your demand.
Public register of procedures The privacy protection regulations stipulate in section 4 g of the German Data Protection Act, that the company's commissioner for data protection has to make available in an appropriate way to any person the following information pursuant to section 4e of the German Data Protection Act: Information about the person or position in charge (section 4e clause 1 no. 1 to 3 German Data Protection Act):

Regular terms for the deletion of information After the expiration of the various legal terms stipulating the storage of information the relevant information will be deleted. Those information not being affected by this will be deleted as soon as the purposes mentioned above cease to exist.
